HOW DO PRE-ORDERS AND SHIPPING WORK?

Andean Blue releases products through limited pre-order drops. We do not keep inventory.

When you place an order, you are placing a pre-order. Production begins only if a release reaches the required minimum. Once production starts, we’ll share estimated timelines by email.

Shipping timelines vary by release and will be communicated clearly before and after production.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A DROP DOESN’T MOVE FORWARD?

If a release does not reach the required minimum, it is canceled and all pre-orders are fully refunded to the original payment method.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY / GUARANTEE?

We stand behind our products.

If a bag fails due to materials or construction within five (5) years of delivery, we will repair it, replace it, or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Because we use traditional Andean textiles, slight variations in weave or pattern are normal and part of what makes each bag unique. These are not considered defects.

Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care is not covered.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

• You may cancel your pre-order any time before production begins

• Once a release moves into production, orders cannot be canceled, as materials and manufacturing are committed

If a release is canceled, refunds are automatic.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because our products are made to order through limited releases, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference once production has started.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

At the moment, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Shipping availability may expand in future releases.

WHY DOES THE BAG LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM ONE TO ANOTHER?

The Andean textiles used in our bags are traditionally woven. Variations in pattern, texture, or color are normal and expected. These differences are part of the character of the material and not defects.
